Alasan paling bahlul!

3 kali dirogol Mat Afrika
Oleh Mohd Jamilul Anbia Md Denin

KUALA LUMPUR: Menjadi tanda tanya.

Keesokan harinya, suspek mendakwa turut diperkosa beberapa lelaki lagi sebelum dia dibebaskan pemilik rumah sewa berkenaan pada jam 8 pagi Sabtu lalu selepas mangsa menceritakan detik ngeri dialami.

Mangsa yang berjaya melarikan diri dengan menaiki teksi kemudian segera membuat laporan polis di balai polis berhampiran.

cixelsyd ton ma I

As usual when I was inside the LRT, I would put my MP3 on and would do my Sudoku puzzles.

So today from the KLCC station to the Majid Jamek, standing at my usual spot (between two coaches), deep into my puzzle, I could feel 'the stare' (You know, the feeling that someone was looking/sneaking at you)..

So I tuned to my left, and saw this Malay Kakak in tudung (must be Petronas' staff) giving me a pity look.

"Okay, that was weird..." .. I thought.

but continued with my Sudoku.

After like what I felt like eternity (2 minutes actually), I turned again, and she still gave me that look!

"Must be my blog reader" .. So I smiled half heartedly.

"Adik akak pun macam ni, tapi dia pandai tau! Sekarang jadi juruteknik" (You know, my brother also like you, he is a genius though, and now he's a technician)

Now I'm totally lost.

"Pegi la jumpa pakar.. diorang boleh ubat, kesian muka lawa jadi camni" (Go visit the specialist, they could cure this, what a pity for such a lovely creature -muahahaha, translate suker hati)

"Tak paham!" (I dont think I get you!)

"awak dyslexia kan?" (Are you dyslexic?)

Ohhhhh.. you mean this?

I didnt had a chance to explain the situation though because the train had reached Masjid Jamek. I just smiled and whisk away.

The thing is, I already got bored solving sudoku in a regular way, so to increase the challenge up a notch (konon), i frequently changed the way I solved it.

Sometimes I use the Roman characters (I, II, III, IV ...), and sometimes I use Arabic.

And when I got bored with them, I change to Kanji (Yeah I know number 9 is not accurate).

So now I'm in a mood of Mirror Writing style.

And kakak, if you happen to read this, the last time I check, cixelsyd ton ma I (I am not dyslexic).

Thanks anyway, it must be hard to gather the courage to tell me, a total stranger, that. =)

Post ed:
I need to add. There's nothing wrong being dyslexic. So what if youre different from others. We should just accept human being as it is. (wah macam cakap tak serupa bikin)

My Shop Takde Dalam List Daaa..

Dicovered a very good website for us. Well, for you guys actually.. since Isetan and Mercato are not listed (Arimi mesti suker JJ wangsa maju ada dalam list). :p

http://www.smartpengguna.my/

This is the website, updated daily at 11:00AM that displays (compares) daily prices directly from supermarkets & hypermarkets!

Currently only Giant, JayaJusco, Carrefour, Tesco and Mydin's data are available. Just drop and choose which items to compare with which hypermaarkt.

Prices shown are for the Controlled Goods only (Barangan Terkawal sahaja).

Let do some comparison between JJ and Carrefour Wangsamaju for today, Tuesday, March 24th 2009.

Clearly CF is cheaper than JJ. But something fishy about the bawal price (pomfret, misspelled as pompret thee hee hee)...

With this tool, you could always plan ahead before you shop. Let say you need to buy 20 items, and 5 items are cheap in Tesco, another 12 are in Carrefour and the remaining 3 in JJ, then you could make 3 trips to 3 diff places. Provided that the differences could cover the parking/gasoline/effort/time.

Or if a Hypermaark is using the false advertisement, you could always verify them. Like example below:

The Tesco's "guaranteed lowest price" is/was clearly wrong. Saman karang!

So, apa lagi, silalah guna.. Asyik complain gomen this gomen that jer..

Great, not only they could annoy you in Cinema

I just don't get it. How hard is it to clean your own mess? Just a couple of wipes and you're done. Oh, btw, this mess was made by a woman.

Woman driver. She just park haphazardly and left. She's the one in white under the lamp post to cross the street. We should make acid throwing legal for the following 'sins':
1) Park like you owe the road
2) Cut queue on LRT/ cashiers
3) Do not clean up your mess
4) Use MIC products :p

@ KLCC. Bumped into a parent at the gent changing his baby's nappy. Doesn't he know there's a changing room next door?

Okayla, I gave him a benefit of a doubt, perhaps the room is occupied. SO i went to check!

Tainted' baby shampoo still on shelves
By Li Wenfang (China Daily)
Updated: 2009-03-17 07:42
Comments(1) PrintMail

Popular Johnson & Johnson's baby shampoo, reported to contain chemicals that can cause cancer, remained on the shelves in Chinese stores yesterday.

The shampoo was found to have both formaldehyde and 1,4-dioxane during a test at an independent laboratory in the United States, commissioned by the non-profit Campaign for Safe Cosmetics.

The organization tested 48 popular baby bath products, such as bubble bath and shampoo, for 1,4-dioxane and 28 of them for formaldehyde.

Of those, 32 were found to contain traces of 1,4-dioxane, 23 contained small amounts of formaldehyde, while 17 tested positive for both chemicals.

Of all the baby products, only Johnson and Johnson's baby shampoo is available in China.

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, China's quality watchdog, has not yet commented on the matter.

Formaldehyde is created when preservatives break down over time and 1,4-dioxane is a byproduct of chemical processing techniques.

Formaldehyde and 1,4-dioxane are known to cause cancer in animals and are listed as probable human carcinogens by the US Environmental Protection Agency.

Formaldehyde can also trigger skin rashes in some children, Campaign for Safe Cosmetics said in a statement last week.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission said: "The presence of 1,4-dioxane, even as a trace contaminant, is cause for concern."

There are no regulatory standards limiting formaldehyde or 1,4-dioxane in personal care products sold in the US. Formaldehyde, however, is banned from those products in Japan and Sweden, and 1,4-dioxane is banned from products in the European Union, said Campaign for Safe Cosmetics.

Responding to the test results, Johnson & Johnson said in a statement: "The trace levels of certain compounds found by the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics can result from processes that make our products gentle for babies and safe from bacteria growth.

"The FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) and other government agencies around the world consider these trace levels safe, and all our products meet or exceed the regulatory requirements in every country where they are sold.

"We are disappointed that the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics has inaccurately characterized the safety of our products, misrepresented the overwhelming consensus of scientists and government agencies that review the safety of ingredients, and unnecessarily alarmed parents."

He Qiaomei, a mother of a 5-year-old in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, said she will not buy the company's baby shampoo any more.

"The manufacturer should be brought to justice," she said.

Local supermarkets said they will keep a close watch on the developments and take the product off the shelves when they get a notice from quality supervision authorities.

In Shanghai, where Johnson & Johnson (China) is based, quality supervision authorities are paying close attention to the products in question and will soon come out with a statement, the Shanghai-based Youth Daily reported.

How about the Quality?

SPM: 6,277 score straight As in all subjects (Updated)
By KAREN CHAPMAN

PUTRAJAYA: A total of 6,277 students who sat for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) last year obtained As in all the subjects they took.

Education director-general Datuk Alimuddin Mohd Dom said this was an increase compared to 5,060 in the previous year.

“From that number, 1,676 obtained 1As in all their subjects,” he told a press conference when announcing the SPM and Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) results at the ministry on Thursday.

Alimuddin said three students obtained 16 1As — two from SMJK Yoke Kuan in Sekinchan, Selangor and one from SMK Tung Hua in Sibu, Sarawak.

Two students obtained 15 1As while six obtained 14 1As.

“Of the 435 students with special needs who sat for the examination last year, one with low vision obtained nine 1As and another who is deaf scored 12As,” he said.

A total of 442,936 students sat for 111 subjects offered under the SPM last year.

He said there were improvements in the performance of four core subjects — Moral Studies, History, Mathematics and Science. “Science and Moral Studies showed an increase of more than three percent,” he said.

For subjects under Science and Mathematics, Alimuddin said Chemistry and Additional Science showed an improvement in the number of those getting 1As and 2As while Additional Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Sports Science Knowledge showed a decrease.

On the seven most popular subjects taken by Arts students, he said Visual Arts and Entreprenurial Studies showed an improvement while there was a decrease in Geography, Music Education, Commerce, Principles of Accounting and Economics.

He said 22.2% of 1,785 students who sat for the Iban Language which was offered for the first time last year, scored 1As and 2As.

Effective last year, Alimuddin said students who took the Principles of Accounting subject and obtained good results would receive international recognition.

“This is for Level Two of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and exemptions from sitting for a Certified Accounting Technician One (CAT 1) paper under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualifications,” he said.

Of the 87,355 students who took the Principles of Accounting subject, he said 30,046 obtained the LCCI certification while 20,347 obtained exemptions for the CAT 1 paper.

What is Recession?

This story is about a man who once upon a time was selling Hotdogs by the roadside. He was illiterate, so he never read newspapers. He was hard of hearing, so he never listened to the radio. His eyes were weak, so he never watched television. But enthusiastically, he sold lots of hotdogs.

He was smart enough to offer some attractive schemes to increase his sales. His sales and profit went up. He ordered more a more raw material and buns and sold more. He recruited more supporting staff to serve more customers. He started offering home deliveries. Eventually he got himself a bigger and better stove. As his business was growing, the son, who had recently graduated from college, joined his father.

Then something strange happened.

The son asked, "Dad, aren't you aware of the great recession that is coming our way?" The father replied, "No, but tell me about it." The son said, "The international situation is terrible. The domestic situation is even worse. We should be prepared for the coming bad times."

The man thought that since his son had been to college, read the papers, listened to the radio and watched TV. He ought to know and his advice should not be taken lightly. So the next day onwards, the father cut down the his raw material order and buns, took down the colorful signboard, removed all the special schemes he was offering to the customers and was no longer as enthusiastic. He reduced his staff strength by giving layoffs. Very soon, fewer and fewer people bothered to stop at his Hotdog stand. And his sales started coming down rapidly and so did the profit. The father said to his son, "Son, you were right". "We are in the middle of a recession and crisis. I am glad you warned me ahead of time."

Moral of the Story: It's all in your MIND! And we actually FUEL this recession much more than we think.

Seriously I've never been to Sentosa

I was raining on Saturday. Almost the whole day. So we did nothing much except lazing around. Then we had lunch and coffee. And went back and sleep and had dinner. And sleep some more.

Went out for lunch. On the way there I dropped by here. Newly opened Specialty shop.. I went there.. like any typical Cold & Storage shop leah..

Had brunch with my ex college mate, Zue. Funny, back here in KL, we are literally live five minutes apart from each other but yet, the last meeting we had was like 2 years ago!

I did promise her to drop by her place this weekend though... :p

Tempted to go swimming afterward, but too darn lazy.

Then we had a late lunch (Golden Pillow) and off we went to Vivo city. This is the nearest I ever get to the Sentosa Island.

Its just not on the top of my priority (to go to Sentosa), nor shopping or going to the SG zoo.

So yeah, I got weird reactions when I told people that I stayed in Orchard, but I didn't spend a cent for shopping (well xcept for $6.30 for 2 tubes of toothpastes).

Then we watched 'The Reader'. I dont think this movie would be played in Malaysian Cinemas. Major frontal nudes okay! And not only nudes, but.. oh well.. go and buy the pirated dvd to see for yourself :p

BT: Wait Im going to buy some fruits.
Me: Euwwww.. made in China (MIC).
CT: What's wrong with MIC product?
Me: *Thinking... Hmmmm... How do I prove my point!* And then my saviour passed by. There! See that auntie? For all we know, she might actually be a 30 year old lady. But because she consumed too much MIC products.. Look what happened to her!
BT: *Bought Korean Strawberries instead*...
CT: You're mean!

- STOP you fcking asians! I dont know why TCC has this coaster.
Then we headed for the Keppel harbour for dinner at TCC.

and walked around gu-gu and ga-gaing over other people's yachts/sea front condos.

And the next morning I took a flight back home.

-rosak ler... some idiot(s) had jammed the door.

And the honeymoon was over as soon as I touched down. Im back to this fckup cuntry, where nothing works....
